Measuring amplifier for force sensors and load cells with strain gauges

The IMA2 DMS measuring amplifier contains the complete signal processing electronics for force transducers or load cells with a strain gauges. As standard, the IMA2 DMS supplies a connected strain gauge sensor with 10 V DC (or optionally 5 V DC). The most important analogue signals (0–5 V, 0–10 V, ±5 V, ±10 V, 0–20 mA and 4–20 mA) are available as optional outputs.  It features a 3 dB cut-off frequency of 1 kHz, enabling rapid data collection and real-time monitoring.

The entire electronics are housed in a Phoenix housing (UEGM) for DIN rail mounting, for easy installation. Trimming potentiometers on the front panel allow the user to
adjust the gain and offset. 

Thanks to its low weight of 100 g and the operating temperature range of -25 °C to +85 °C, the IMA2 DMS measuring amplifier can be used in a wide range of applications. 
With a ripple of less than 20 mV (DC..20 MHz) and with a temperature drift of < ±0.02% /° C, ensures highly accurate measurements.
