Robust multiturn potentiometer for high shaft loads

The ALI17/19 series impresses with its exceptional robustness and is therefore particularly suitable for applications with high mechanical loads. Thanks to the reinforced bearing, it can handle radial shaft loads of up to 4 N. The high-performance polymer plain bearing ensures stability and durability even under demanding conditions.

The potentiometers ALI(R)17 with shaft Ø6.35 mm and ALI(R)19 with shaft Ø6.00 mm are equipped with a screwdriver slot to facilitate zero point adjustment. In addition, an optional built-in slipping clutch protects the potentiometer from being destroyed by travelling over the end stops. The potentiometer is available with 3, 5 or 10 turns (optionally 1, 2, 4, 6, 7, 8 turns). The radial, gold-plated connection pins are suitable for flat plugs (2.8 mm according to DIN 46247 Part 3) and the plug version simplifies electrical installation.

Thanks to the robust design with a glass fibre reinforced PA66 housing and a service life of up to over 1 million revolutions, the ALI17/19 series offers reliable performance even under demanding conditions. The optional seals extend the range of applications in harsh environments.
