Precise and compact position measurement for applications with limited space

With a housing diameter of just 13 mm, the AL10 multiturn wirewound potentiometer series is one of the more compact potentiometers in the portfolio and has been specially developed for applications with limited installation space. 

The potentiometers are available in 5- and 10-turn versions and, with a service life of over 2 million turns, offer precise measurements over a long operating period. With a wide temperature range from -55 °C to +105 °C, the AL10 is suitable for demanding environments.

The identical AL9 (≥ 200,000 revolutions) and AL11 (≥ 10 million revolutions) series are available for applications with lower or higher service life requirements.

• Versions with solder lugs or solder pins for direct PCB mounting
• Electrically effective angle of rotation 1800° (5-turn) or 3600° (10-turn)
• Resistance values: 20 Ohm to 100 kOhm
• Resistance tolerance: ±3% (option ±1%)
• Linearity: ±0.35% up to ±0.1%
• Shaft adaptations: Various geometries and lengths available
• Shaft sealing: Optional IP65 sealing for protection against dust and moisture
